Great place to work 2023

Another cool project I was flown around for was Great Place to Work. In 2023 I was flown to New Jersey because the US arm of LTIMindtree was awarded the title of… you guessed it, Great Place to Work 2023.

I shot with my usual rig consisting of a Canon EOS R5, an RF 24-105mm,
RF 70-200mm, a Speedlite, and a tripod.

For the locations, I took Uber and rode the Amtrak (for the first time!) to four locations ranging from three cities in Jersey to Hartford, Connecticut. I wanted to make sure the offices looked well-used, full, and most importantly, fun! I directed all my fellow employees to do various staged activities and captured them doing actual work. I was able to film a few different teams too. Our last location in CT was a conference we were hosting. It was a good opportunity to show employees in the wild and engaging with partners. Overall, it was an honor to showcase some of the people I worked with on a daily basis, and see them joyously existing at a 3-time award-winning workplace.
